Step 1: Cut the Strap

We cut our strap by hand using two clicker dies and a cutting press

Step 2: Prepare the Edges

  1. Beveling- rounds the edges
  2. Sanding- scuffs the edges
  3. Burnishing- smooths the edges

Step 3: Dye and Cure

  1. Dyeing
  2. Apply neatsfoot oil- softens, conditions, and water proofs the belt
  3. Apply antique finish- it's like boot polish for belts

Step 4: Hardware and Branding

  1. Attach buckle with Chicago screws and rivet initials plate
  2. Brand inside of belt with purchase info and outside with our logo
